If I REALLY have to pick three, I guess it would be Falling Skies, Game of Thrones, and The Walking Dead. Continuum is a close fourth and in the same type of dramatic genre. But I'm going to have make a TV thread, because there are so many other amazing shows, and several are ones that many people don't know about. Lots of high quality comedy. Top three cancelled or finished shows might be even harder. Trailer Park Boys are supposedly coming back, and Arrested Development might be getting another season or a movie, so I think I'd go with some combination of Better off Ted, Bored to Death, Flight of the Conchords, and/or Party Down.
It's probably just me, but I feel like The Walking Dead is pretty overhyped. I've never gone completely out of my way to get into it, because I don't really care about zombies, but I wasn't a huge fan of what I have seen. As I said, I haven't seen a ton of it so who knows, but that's just my take.

I'm actually not a fan of a lot of the comedy I see in television, and usually in movies these days. I honestly think entertainment companies are trying too hard now. I think the best type of humour is when it's genuine and natural. I think, these days they try way too hard to go out of their way to make something funny, instead of letting it happen naturally.

Breaking bad...the shield...and the sopranos...with a sold fourth for Hustle from British tv. And also Wentworth from aussieville...love me the aussies. And Dexter...oh and Dead like Me... Ok so i cant count.
My top show is still Game of Thrones. I'm also a huge fan of Aziz Ansari's new show Master of None. Silicon Valley, The Leftovers, Last Man on Earth, and Man Seeking Woman with Jay Baruchel are all up there too.
I marathoned The Office and loved it (US, but UK was good too). Currently on Parks and Recreation which never really interested me until I gave it a real chance, and I'm glad as hell I did. Aziz Ansari and Chris Pratt are awesome in it. Oh, and Rashida Jones <3
