How about Tomas Hertl last night? 4 goals in a 9-2 win for the Sharks over the Rangers. That 4th goal was pretty sweet!

General hockey chat? Okay, the Habs are the most frustrating fucking team ever.

Somehow 8-3-1 despite being outplayed most games, no offense, terrible defensive coverage, terrible line combos (why the fuck would you sign an NHL-ready Sekac to sit in the fucking press box? Why not play Bournival?) and a (still) stupid coach who has been saved by his goaltender for years now and still has a job.

I've never see an 8-3-1 team look this bad.

I feel like every team says similar things about their coach, and their team is winning despite the coach.

I don't watch Montreal play a ton, but they seem like a solid team this year. I find their downfall is when they try to match their opponents instead of setting their own pace. They beat Boston in a series by playing to a much higher pace that Boston could handle. Meanwhile, I've seen them lose to teams because they try to match their style or toughness.

One interesting thing I've noticed with Montreal is their composure when facing adversity. I've never seen a team who can squeak out a win so much after blowing a lead.

As Matt said, just take the points while they're there. I'm sure there's going to be games where Montreal severely outplays their opponent and loses.
