  • Price wins William Jennings

Carey Price of the Montreal Canadiens wins the William M. Jennings Trophy as the goaltender(s) who play at least 25 games for the club allowing the fewest goals.

The Blackhawks and Canadiens finished the regular season tied with a League-low 189 goals allowed, and Crawford and Price saw the most action for their respective teams. This marks the first time that goaltenders on two teams claimed the Jennings Trophy since 2002-03, when New Jersey's Martin Brodeur and Philadelphia's Roman Cechmanek and Robert Esche captured Jennings honors after the Devils and Flyers tied for the League's lowest goals-against total.

          Sens at the awards:

Karlsson - probably will win the Norris. Only knock against him before was the Sens missing the playoffs, and we're in. Best defenseman in the league.
Murray - likely will win GM of the Year. Well deserved.
Stone - will for sure make the All-Rookie Team, and a strong contender for Calder (will probably finish 2nd). He deserves it, though.
Hammond - possible Masterton nominee. Another deserving Senator.
