That's an awful lot of money, but yeah, Kesler is worth it. One of the best two-way players in the game. Ducks will be a force this year as long as the goaltending holds up.

Forward Ryan Kesler signed a six-year contract extension with the Anaheim Ducks which runs through the 2021-22 season, the team announced on Wednesday.
Terms were not released, but according to Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register, Kesler's contract is worth $41.25 million and has an average annual value of $6.875 million.
