I'll try to post a live stream when one becomes available.

Sens up 2-0 after the first period

First goal was Stone from Gomez (first point as a Sen). A nice steal by Gomez and a sneaky wraparound from Stone.

Second goal was Dzingel. Ok, he pretty much just had to have his stick down. An unreal play/pass from Bobby

Hammond just had one of the worst puck-tracking shifts from a goalie I've ever seen. He lost the puck 3-4 times in the span of 10 seconds, and Skinner put one home.

It's Carolina, in Raleigh...I never expect to win there anymore. Same problem with the Sens for about 5 years now - someone please tell them a regulation hockey game is 60 minutes long and effort is required for ALL 60?

They didn't even deserve the loser point. They checked out after the first. Don't even try to tell me that Cameron knows how to push the right buttons to get the most out of this roster. Dude is so far in over his head. I hope the players are flopping in such spectacular fashion to accelerate a change in management/coaching.

Honestly, Cameron is pretty terrible. Who's out there as a potential replacement?

A cardboard cutout of Jacques Martin would be able to hold a lead for 0.3 seconds or have the common sense to use Hoffman in a shootout. It also wouldn't call up Puempel to let him rot in the pressbox or use career AHLer Mike Kostka instead of Corsi darling Patrick Weircioch. This man already cost us Shane Prince and and now he's trying to run Hoffman out of town because Zack Smith is on an unsustainable tear of shooting 20%. DAVE CAMERON IS WHY BRYAN MURRAY CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS.

                      Post-of-the-year candidate right here.

Sad but true: The worse the Sens play, the better our collective posting gets.

At least we have Scott Gomez to save us from mediocrity. :fish2:

I approve of your entirely appropriate use of fail boat right there.

Fun fact: cardboard Jacques Martin and real Scott Gomez have about the same amount of speed and strength on the ice.
