This is pretty cool.

One thing I really like about the NFL and NBA is the development process the youth go through. In most cases, they're going to top universities in the country while also playing for a massive following. In the NHL you don't see that. You're selected at 18 years old and most of the players don't go through American colleges and universities, but rather a program like the CHL where they get high school and not much more.
