Ryan could be out 3-6 weeks

The Ottawa Senators will be without Bobby Ryan indefinitely after he took a shot off the hand against the Toronto Maple Leafs Saturday night. The 29-year-old is still being evaluated to determine if he sustained a broken right index finger. If it is broken, the team expects him to miss three-to-six weeks.

If you get any cable channels and just aren't around your TV, you could log in to TSN or Sportsnet website to watch it live.

          If not, try Reddit Streams

What a disaster. We just lost the game along with three top six forwards and a bottom six forward. Plus we have absolutely no depth at forward.

Not good at all. Anyone have updates on the injuries?

Sens re-called McCormick and Bailey. Maybe a sign of hope that we only re-called two and not three guys?

Best case scrnario is Stone is fine, Hoffman out a week or so.

Also, the NHL definitely has to use technology to help the officiating more. Every time the Sens ask for a coach challenge review, and even last night, the call comes back as 'inconclusive'. Yesterday's tying goal was very likely in the net but we couldn't see for sure. This shouldn't be an issue in 2017

Agreed. In last night's case however, had the puck been visibly in, I have a feeling it would have been disallowed anyways. Pageau's pushing of the pad would have likely been ruled interference.

You'd think so, but I've seen a lot of plays like that be called a goal.

Winnipeg’s Jacob Trouba suspended two games for an illegal check to the head on Ottawa’s Mark Stone.

How have they not found a way around this yet is mindboggling. Like a chip in the puck and a sensor in the goal posts/cross bar/goal line...... If Fox TV could follow the puck on the ice 20 years ago, imagine in 2017.....

                              Exactly.

Hoffman, Stone and Wingels are all going to New Jersey. There might be hope
