I think the Sens will end up with Kole Lind. If he falls though, I'd really be stoked if they managed to get Jason Robertson.

Talk is they're targeting goaltenders with the 28th overall.

Also, Dorion said there's a chance they move down to collect extra picks.

I mean, there's never a good draft to only 4 four picks, but... if you had to pick a draft to do it this might be the one. But yeah I'd say in a draft like this when you pick that late, you can take the "safe pick", see: 2007 when Ottawa picked Jim O'Brien 29 and Vancouver took Patrick White 25, but I think you've gotta trade down for two picks in the second round, and swing for the fences.

I would LOVE if we got Jake Oettinger. Here's what I do if I'm Dorion. If Oettinger isn't available at 28, I see if Vegas will do 28 for 34 and 45. Seems unlikely but maybe 4 first round picks is something Vegas would like. If not maybe Buffalo will move 37 and 54. Then with our three 2nds we pick some combination of Keith Petruzzelli, Pekka Luukkonen, Antoine Morand, Jason Robertson, Aleksi Heponiemi, Joni Ikonen or Michael DiPietro.

Mtl inquired about Methot, Vegas let them talk but Mtl in on his 'no trade list' and he chose to keep it that way.. therefore this idea of a probable trade for Methot in Mtl is off the table. - Friedman
