Sens lose 3-0, with a Boro injury

Boucher confirm Boro was unconscious on the ice. Has a concussion.

That was a questionable hit to say the least...

If only there was a defender the Sens could call up in the wake of Wideman and Boro's injuries who could also fix the powerplay

What an abysmal powerplay. I don't know if I've ever seen a 5 minute PP that bad.

How are they NOT going to call up Chabot at this point? There's no one left? Jaros FTW...?!

Doing some Monday fancy stats-ing and funny story true story: Ottawa's penalty kill is actually even worse! Craig Anderson is once again keeping this team out of the dumpster often by himself.

Also I'm actually pretty hyped on Jaros.

Oh don't get me wrong, me too, but he's not the answer to this team's problems right at the moment.

PK is horrific. It's actually disturbing how bad specialty teams have gotten in such a short span of time? What's going on in practice?

Just to support what I'm saying:

The red point is Ottawa and blue is average. Below the blue point means bad pk. To the left of the blue point is bad pp. You can see where Anderson is keeping them closer to average than they probably should be.

                      The horror.

Ottawa's special teams over the last ten games are literally off the charts bad.
