Sabres acquire Omark

Wow, surprised Edmonton gave him up for so little. Ottawa should have offered a 5th.

The Buffalo Sabres on Thursday acquired forward Linus Omark from the Edmonton Oilers in a trade for a conditional sixth-round draft pick.

Omark has played one game for Edmonton this season after appearing in 65 from 2010-12. He played last season in Switzerland.
