Some really cool names on this list. It will be awesome to see Fisher, Havlat, Bonk and Lalime back in Sens jerseys. It should also be interesting to see Yashin, Leclaire, Daigle, and Kuba back in a jersey. I'm a little surprised to see no Duschene

I'm all about this. And there was no way to get EVERY player that we wanted to see. I really like having Yashin and Daigle involved. They were such an important part of the greater narrative. Taking them out would be like Treasure Island without any pirates. Gotta have pirates, son.

I'm surprised to see Daigle, honestly. Not that the Sens wouldn't invite him (he did have a decent 50 point season here. Plus, as you said, a huge part of our history), but because I'm surprised he'd still want to even put on skates. He's spoken before about how he only stuck with hockey because he was good at it. You'd figure being out of the game for so long, he'd not want to go back.

I'm happy Yashin is on the roster and I wish Heatley was

        Defencemen: Brendan Bell (2008-09),

*involuntary shudder* did anyone else feel that?

I think about these kinds of things a lot. I remember the first time I saw Rick DiPietro on an Islanders broadcast and I just couldn't believe he hadn't burned all of his bridges with hockey after all the negative press he had to deal with for so long.

            Awesome game so far.

Team Alfie is up 2-0. Goals from Daigle and Fisher. Yashin got a huge ovation, Alfie wired one at Leclaire and Lalime is dialed in
