For his leadership alone, I hope he stays. But if the Sens could get something decent in return, I'm ok with him leaving..it would be the end of an era but sometimes, that's how it has to go.

Phillips isn't very good anymore. As Josh said, he's a bottom pairing defenseman and aging. A one year deal would have been alright, but two years is gonna be tough to swallow. Too many Binghamton defensemen are going to be better than Phillips halfway through his deal.
