Torts called Lack 'Batman' hahaha keep any goalie you want but get the coach and GM outta there before they do anymore PR damage.

I also think Markstrom has a bright future.

    lirl Vancouver

trade Schneider and Luongo within a span of 9 months or whatever and then this gong-show. Love it.

Dallas and Winnipeg would be my picks over Minnesota...

And I understand that these things are cyclical but Van should have had another season or two of compete in them with the roster they had. What a trainwreck. Opens up a spot in the West for a new team to be relevant though! Dallas? Minnesota? Winnipeg?

Yeah, their window is now officially closed in my books. It's rebuild time in Vancouver.

One can only hope so. They never really recovered after that presidents trophy season when LA took them out in the first round.

I think we see Gillis and Torts both gone next year.

'nucks Give Up Seven In The Third Frame

With all due respect to the Tavares-less Isles, giving up seven in the third to NYI does not bode well. And I feel this incident is really indicative of the bigger problem in Van-City. Between the goalie gong-show, all of the terrible signings and trades (Cody Hodgson?), and now this plummet with Torts at the helm, I think it goes without saying that I would be really bummed to be a Canucks fan these days.
Working...
