No real shock there, but why do it before the end of the season?

Linden was a smart player. I'm betting he'd be a great judge of talent.

Now seeing Naslund and (oh god, poor Nucks fans) Jay Feaster.

Granted, the Feaster/Tortorella tandem has one more Stanley Cup than Vancouver. :p

TSN thinks Linden will be the President, but still no word on who the GM will be.

Looking more like Feaster as GM I guess. As President, will it be Linden's job to hire the GM or will that be on the owners?

                    Re: Gillis is gone

New GM should have an okay summer. All their key guys are locked up for atleast another year. Kassian is an RFA. Cupboard is pretty bare though. That'll be an issue.

I believe it will technically be Linden's job, although they will likely decide together.
