Obviously Malhotra for Masterton. Recall Mike Gillis' comments that Malhotra would never play for the Canucks again as long as he was GM, and if it was up to him, Malhotra would never play in the NHL again.

Moore is also very deserving of that honour. Not saying Jagr doesn't exemplify what the game is all about..but the other two have gone through ordeals and came back when really, it didn't look they had a chance to play again.

It's going to be a long 12 years with George Stroumboulopoulos as the main guy. I don't know if I've ever seen a guy so desperate to be funny when, well, he's not funny at all.

Yeah, hopefully he improves by then. I'm sure he will; he's pretty adaptable.

To be honest I haven't been a fan of him at any point of his career. It's just another reason I'm so happy that Bell won the Sens TV rights and we'll be getting TSN and the panel covering 50+ games this year.

Do we know who will be commentating these games? I dunno if I can handle an overload of Chris Cuthbert... :?

They haven't said...I don't imagine it would be the same announcer every game, but who knows. Personally I like both Chris Cuthbert and Gord Miller. On Sportsnet I thought Dean Brown was okay. On CBC I thought Jim Hughson was okay, Bob Cole is the worst in the business and the guy that screams isn't great. By far I enjoy the TSN commentary and intermissions.
