Season opens October 9th in Nashville.
Home opener is October 16th vs Colorado.
No back-to-backs until late November.
Mid-November is the Western Canada road trip.
Late-February is the California road trip.
Personally, I like the schedule. It would be nice to start at home, but it's not a huge wait like it was last year. Ironically, we play Chicago twice within a few days in the first month of the season, then do the exact with St. Louis the next month. That will be two pretty tough teams completely out of the way within the first couple months, although we did really well against those two teams last year (3-1-0).
And the best part? They cut down on the afternoon games, finally.
