Well, Berglund's deal (per CapGeek) pays him an actual $3.7M next season. Spezza's salary is $4M. So Berglund would be the only roster player we would be getting back, as the Sens can't take on any more salary.

The St. Louis Blues on Thursday agreed to terms on a three-year contract extension with forward Patrik Berglund. No financial terms were released, but Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that the deal is worth $11.1 million, an average annual value of $3.7 million.
