Yotes acquire Sam Gagner from TB

The Coyotes acquired the center and right wing B.J. Crombeen from the Tampa Bay Lightning for a sixth-round pick in the 2015 NHL Draft. Tampa Bay earlier obtained Gagner from the Edmonton Oilers in a trade for right wing Teddy Purcell.

I don't get that move by TB at all. They got Gagner for Purcell..then turned around and traded him for a pick. Why not ask the Oilers for a pick in return for Purcell?.......

And yeah, only a 6th??
