Orpik signs deal

The Washington Capitals have signed unrestricted free-agent defenceman Brooks Orpik to a five-year contract worth an average annual value of $5.5 million.

They paid way too much for him, but he is a good defenseman. They seem to be poaching ex-Penguins :lol:
