Leafs beat the Flyers 4-0 tonight. Next up: split squad games against Ottawa tomorrow. I believe they're on TSN4 and 5. Go Leafs go :)

So both Sens vs Leafs games will be on tonight. The game in Toronto will be seen in the Toronto area and the game in Ottawa will be seen in the Ottawa area.

The lines, per TSN, for tonight's game (at the ACC):

          Michalek-Zibanejad-Chiasson
          Hoffman-Smith-Stone
          Prince-Pageau-Kramer
          Dziurzynski-Dzingle-Condra

          Cowen-Ceci
          Phillips-Johnson
          Weircioch-A. Grant

          Lehner
          Hammond

You can watch both if you have TSN4 and 5 :) the game in Ottawa should be an easy win for the Sens...I don't think the Leafs sent too many "NHLers".

1-0 Leafs in the Toronto game. Kadri with a beauty!

That Ottawa #63 is atrocious. He has to be cut soon.

who's that? I haven't really been paying attention.

                  Leafs to the PP.

I think it's Grant. Just horrible in his own end.

                      JvR ruined him in OT...

Haha can't believe the Leafs lost both games. Thankfully it's only preseason.

                        Re: Preseason

This really goes to show Ottawa's organizational depth. So many players like Puempel, Claesson and Pageau, who have very little chance of making the team, but look like they're close to NHL ready.

I could see that Zibanejad line actually staying together and working well.

And don't worry about Grant. He's a career AHL.

                          Re: Preseason

That's the second line for sure.

You could tell whenever that line came out last night. With the exception of the third Leafs goal where Zib was caught wandering, I thought they all had a pretty good game.

Pageau also came out very energetic. I would be worried if I was Smith...

                            Re: Preseason

Apparently Bobby Ryan was on fire? He had two goals and an assist, but also was creating chances, back-checking hard and stuff like that? I didn't see it so I'm curious. First game back, too.

Also, I agree and think Pageau has come into training camp on a mission. I wouldn't count him out as a prospect just yet.
