OLD SITE - Subforum Display

Subforums have now been updated to display in columns rather than in one large list. It was actually rather tough to do; it required the installation of a mod and changes to core files, which I was doing for the first time. Now I'm trying to remove the commas after team names and also remove the text "Subforums:" and the line it's on as well. See below for screenshots of the changes:
