Josh, can you give me a list of various bits and pieces of your computer (and sizes)? Like processor, hard disk, screen resolution, etc. Just need it for a small part of the first boring writing bit.

    Interview coming soon.

      Re: Stat Cruncher

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply. Each time I've come on the forum with the intention to reply I've ended up using all my time coding little things and trying different mods out. Anyways, I'll make sure you get it soon, just need to know - I work from several different machines, do you want specs for all of them, just the one I use most often, or just the best one?

Well what I need is minimum and recommended system requirements, so give me a few numbers and I'll make something up using them.

Why are minimum/recommended specs involved? It sounds like you're building an actual program we can feed stats to... I'm getting excited :D Here are my two most commonly used machines:

          ZBox ID80
          CPU | 4.4 GHz | 2 Cores (2.2 GHz each) | 4 Threads
          RAM | 4 GB | DDR3 | 667 MHz
          VRAM | 512 MB Dedicated | 2301 MB Total | DX11 | NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M

          eMachines E529
          CPU | 4.0 GHz | 2 Cores (2.0 GHz each) | 2 Threads
          RAM | 8 GB | DDR3 | 532 MHz
          VRAM | 128 MB Dedicated | 1760 MB Total | DX10 | Intel HD Graphics

          Nothing very special...

            I did say it's a school project. :P

            Thanks though.

Oh yeah, and screen resolution for the Zotac is 1366 x 768, while the eMachines is plugged into an external monitor at 1600 x 900.

I swear I will answer everything tonight! I'm sorry for taking so long. I've got a lot going on - two months ago I started a job working for Bell Canada's large enterprise clients as a support technician in Cloud Services. It's a brand new department so came with next to no training. I was the least experienced to start, and I'm team leader now, so it's been a busy two months.

Then there's this place, which has taken a decent chunk of time. I needed to buy a domain, get hosting, and then install all the forum code. All of the forum permissions need to be set manually (which is why a few were missed at first) and every adjustment (such as the embeddable videos) has new files to upload and new pieces of the core code to edit and modify. It's not just an easy to use "add feature" kind of system. Sometimes the littlest change requires a few hours, and then sometimes a remarkable modification can be done in 15 minutes.

Then there was getting the word out and trying to bring everyone here, the keeper league problem with the rosters being gone (that was a HUGE headache), AND the fact that I haven't even completed my team analyses for 2013-2014 or figured out my keepers/drafting strategy. Plus it's my daughter's 2nd birthday tomorrow, and between my family and my girlfriend's split family, it's been birthday parties galore!

I realised as I was typing that it seemed like a restless post. I can imagine you've got lots to do and there's still plenty of time. I know you've replied already, I just don't want to come off as being really needy haha.

It's all good brother :) I'm the one who felt bad; I told you I'd be available and timely for this, and I know you're doing it for school. I appreciate you putting your trust in me for something so important to your future!
