    Awesome!

Missed the game, but saw a couple highlights. Zibanejad's goal was all Bobby Ryan...literally. He got through about three defenders and gave Zibby the open net. They seem to have great chemistry. Also, Michalek is picking it up. A little too late, but whatever. And three points for Methot?!

I thought it was funny when Pageau scored, the Yotes player coming at him held back on the check he was about to give..but still got Pageau into the board. Neil went after him right away so no one really celebrated the goal..Pageau's face said it all. "Fuck the scrap Buddy, lets celebrate my goal" loll

Forgot to mention, Methot hit Lessio with brilliant hipcheck..that sent Lessio flying..and the most amazing thing is that everyone continued to play hockey. No drama. Just awesomeness.

Methot is definitely one of the best at the hip check that I've seen. The funny thing is seeing Karlsson doing it now...haha

                  Shades of Andy Sutton...

Sutton's hits were vicious but Methot has better overall technique.

                        Lol.

I agree with Matt, though. I honestly wasn't a big fan of Sutton. He was physical, blocked shots and cleared the crease. But he was so slow and his hits would put him out of position. Methot is smarter and is a pretty good skater for a defensive defenseman. Or looking at his statline...a two way D :P
