QMJHL: Gatineau Olympiques players in serious trouble

According to this French article, some of the players locked themselves in a bathroom, with a girl, at Boston Pizza. By the time one of the server finaly opened the door, the players ran out, pulling their pants up...

Police are investigating, so is the league and the organisation.

The girl is apparently not cooperating..

Figured I would give you guys a follow up on that story. This reporter/journalist who covers the Q league, and was in town last week...took time to inquire about this story while he was in town...According to him, this was all blown out of proportion by the media **(who apparently had a guy in the restaurant), which is why we haven't heard much about it. Don't really feel like translating the whole thing, it all comes down to this "sex worker/prostitute/slut" - whatever you want to call her - was already in the restaurant when the players walked in. They sat, they ordered and behaved like young repectable men who had just played a game and got together where they always go when they play at home on Friday Nights. That girl invited two guys in the washroom, they followed, the waiter went to stop the shenanigans, everyone just walked out...boys went back to their seat and the 'lady' left the premises. The entire sequence took place in the span of about 10 mins. The other patrons where not aware something happened, no commotion whatsoever. And all this can be seen on the videos from the resto.

**According to this guy who looked up the videos, we can see their 'insider' sitting nowhere near where all this happened and really could not have seen or heard anything. Other than gossip, of course...

I could definitely see a story like this getting blown out of proportion. However, it really surprises me the lack of common sense a lot of people have. Perhaps you can get away with this in junior sometimes, but things like this are a bad idea when your face is constantly on television and being watched by a lot of people. Plus, at this point, you represent not only yourself but the organization.
